The Spike “On the Water Crew” is the most reliable and most detail oriented team on the shores of the GTA.

From simple deck washes to interior detailing, our crew has proven time and time again that we get the job done quickly and efficiently with the captains smiles in mind !

We work as a team! Every person on our crew develops a speciality. When you learn to be great at something, its only right that you share your knowledge and skills so the team can grow together.

We start early

Currently we are hiring, we are looking for motivated people that love being on the water! As an “on the water crew” member, long days on expensive yachts with wet socks is your favorite place to be!

Experience is not necessary

A great personality is!!
