I have spent much time and energy over the off season developing this document. The goal is to provide our clients and accountant with a more hard copy record of what we do. Quickbooks is awesome and with our new numbered NCR forms; a back up is out of my swollen head and into the filing cabinet where records should be.

The benefit to my company is protection, from the few that have taken advantage of our crews great performances and delay payments in some cases more than 11 months and counting.

In 2009 alone we have been bamboozled out of more than 12k. We cant afford that.

For this coming season our focus will be on time and cost efficiency .
All details supplies are well stocked with meaning less time at Canadian Tire for pads and parts.
The crew van got a new alternator this off season, so less will be spent on cabs and tow trucks.
Having four of our strongest crew returning early this spring will enhance our abilities to train new crew.
Ever a challenge has been operating in 10 places at once, well we will still do that!!
Remembering our lunches will be solved with little help from our catering company ENVILLE!

The amount of time we spend on each job is measured only by our desire to ensure our clients complete satisfaction.

Although many have been less than forthcoming with their rates for comparison it is obvious our estimates have been and should be compared. The job we do cannot be done better or faster at anytime of day or night! We offer our rates and descriptions publicly to ensure all mariners get the best our industry has to offer.

Eco Wash and Concrobium

GreenMarketing E.T.C.

September 22, 2009

Concrobium® products cure the common mold.

Boaters wage a constant war on mold and mildew and the summer of 2009 was a great year for this irritating growth. There’s a mustiness in the air, carpets and other fibrous surfaces. You’ll probably find mold as well. Black mold on fiberglass and teak, white mold on the canvas top, pink mold on the vinyl upholstery… a science experiment gone wild. Spores from some molds are quite toxic and can trigger asthma attacks.

Concrobium® kills existing mold and it keeps it from coming back. In fact there are two Concrobium products for boaters. Concrobium Mold Control and Eco/Wash.

Concrobium® gets rid of fungus on all boat surfaces. Eco Wash is an extraordinarily effective cleaner primarily for exterior use. Eco Wash contains Concrobium® but once it has done its job, a treatment of either Concrobium® will keep the mold from coming back. One treatment should last a season… through the summer boating season or winter storage.

Starting when you put your boat away, you can protect it from mold all winter. Clean any existing mold stains with Eco/Wash, and then spray with Concrobium Mold Control before closing it up. It’ll be clean and fresh in the spring. It’s important to spray Mold Control on all surfaces. For larger boats, a fogger can spread a fine spray throughout.

Eco Wash is very effective on many surfaces: rubber, fiberglass – especially non skid surfaces, canvas, sails, docks and decks, wood – particularly teak. You apply it liberally with a cloth or a pressure sprayer on large surfaces; scrub to make sure it is evenly distributed (no elbow grease required) and rinse it off. Both products can be used on or near the water with no concern about spilling, or doing any environmental damage. In fact, testing by BOATUS determined that of all the boat cleaners tested, Eco/Wash was not only effective, it had the fastest rate of biodegrading. Health Canada, the EPA, Good Housekeeping have all tested Concrobium products for environmental effect and they have proven very safe. For more information contact Spike on the Water…
